The Discovery DTS is a Discipleship Training School that powerfully combines the pursuits of adventure and missions. The chief focus of the DTS is to see people become disciples of Jesus, obey God radically from a posture of love, and make disciple-making disciples. The school will be an epic 11 weeks of lectures partnered with a 9 week outreach.

During lecture phase we will incorporate activities such as: Backpacking, white water rafting, rock climbing, fishing , enjoying natural hot springs and more! We plan on doing at least 2 weeks on trail in the great outdoors- on our trail weeks, the teaching takes place in the outdoor classroom, where we will have lectures, worship, intercession and everyone shares responsibilities in running camp. We explore topics such as Hearing God’s voice, the Father-Heart of God, the Nature & Character of God, Holy Spirit, Missions, ect.

We believe God has given us passions and hobbies for a purpose, we can lean into what we enjoy and invite God and others into it. The Discovery DTS is a great place for you to try new hobbies and practice ones you already love.

No skill level or experience is required for you to join the DDTS.

Approximately 30% of the world’s people groups that are unreached or unengaged with the Gospel are found in North India and Kyrgyzstan, and there is a possibility (but not limited to) these will be the focus regions of your outreach.

While the lecture phase is centered on knowing God intimately, the outreach phase will be learning to make God known. The outreach will carry you to the nations where you will experience beautiful cultures and build relationships with different people.

As you build relationships, you will get to share the Good News of Jesus with people who have never before heard the Gospel. In DTS you will become confident in sharing the hope that has transformed your life, you will never regret having given your time to seeking God in DTS community and carrying the Good News to those who have not heard.
